Restoration Church is a non-denominational church located in the beautiful Iotla Valley area of Franklin, NC.
Our vision is to be a church that truly emulates the early church from the Book of Acts, operating in faith that works through love (Galatians 5:6).
We desire to not only assemble for powerful worship and anointed teaching, but to be THE church, allowing the gifts of the Holy Spirit to work in and through us, to destroy the works of the devil.
Our expectation when we assemble is to see a mighty move of the Spirit of God to meet every need, heal every sickness, set every captive free, and to receive the revelation knowledge necessary to live a victorious life and impart that life to others.

First, we desire to restore broken people into fellowship with our Heavenly Father. This all begins with LOVE. Jesus said in John 13:35, “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” We are a true family, and the love of God is evident throughout our congregation. So, if you have been wounded by circumstances of life, by harmful relationships, or by bad “church” experiences, Restoration Church is the place for you. No matter what your past looks like, you will be loved and shown God’s true nature through the ministry here.
Second, we desire to equip God’s people to do the work of His Kingdom. In Ephesians 4:11-12, the Apostle Paul wrote, “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Through in-depth teaching and discipleship in God’s Word, Restoration Church imparts the wisdom and understanding of the Scriptures to our congregation. The goal is to equip individuals to live victoriously in their own lives, and in turn, impart the concepts of victorious living into the lives of others.

WALKING IN AUTHORITY
OUR PRAYER IS THAT THROUGH THE TEACHINGS OF RESTORATION CHURCH YOU WILL HAVE A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR AUTHORITY AS A BORN-AGAIN BELIEVER IN JESUS CHRIST. FORMING AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, NOT AS SOME “COSMIC JUDGE” THAT’S OUT TO GET YOU, BUT AS A LOVING FATHER, IS A KEY TO WALKING IN AUTHORITY.
Our Teachings
At Restoration Church, the anointing of the Holy Spirit upon our praise team that leads us into God’s presence each week. Following worship, Pastor Luke presents the Word of God. Each message is filled with Scripture, and is geared to both challenge and encourage. The mission at Restoration Church is to proclaim the Gospel - the Good News about what Jesus Christ has accomplished for us even though we didn’t deserve it. That will always be our focus, as we endeavor to be good stewards of the manifold Grace of God. At the conclusion of the service, there’s an invitation for those with needs to come forward. Our prayer partners will join with you in faith, as we believe for the provision of God’s Word to be manifested in your situation!
VICTORY BY LOVE
SUNDAY SCHOOL IS WHERE WE LEARN GOD’S WORD! WE HAVE CLASSES FOR ALL AGES, FROM SENIOR ADULTS TO NURSERY AGE CHILDREN. OUR TEACHERS ARE WELL PREPARED TO PRESENT THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND THE FOUNDATIONAL DOCTRINES OF THE FAITH EACH WEEK.
WE OFFER SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES BETWEEN OUR WORSHIP SERVICES FROM 10:00-10:45 AM.

Join us for a time of worship followed by expository teaching from God’s Word by Pastor Luke every Wednesday night. We follow a verse-by-verse format as we study the books of the New Testament. You will grow in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and be equipped to take that knowledge outside the walls of the church through this time of study!

LEADERSHIP
Luke and Rhonda Bateman are the Pastors at Restoration Church. Both were born and raised in the Franklin, NC area, and were married in 2007. Since then, they have been actively involved in ministry. Rhonda’s primary ministry is in music and worship, with Luke involved in music as well as, in addition to a bible teaching ministry. Luke received the call to step into Pastoral service in June of 2022, and became the senior Pastor of Restoration Church in October of the same year. Given his ministry background, Luke continues to minister in a teaching style, with a focus on learning and understanding the Word of God. Luke and Rhonda have two daughters, Kayla and Carlee, both of which are active in the church as well.
